How does it collect and process your data?
The Data Controller collects and/or receives information about you, such as: IP address and cookies released by browsing the website https://agrigateways.eu/.
They serve to the Owner to follow up the management of the site and to collect information of aggregated nature. The communication of your personal data is mainly made to third parties and/or recipients whose activity is necessary for the performance of the activities related to the aforementioned purposes, and also to respond to certain legal obligations or requirements for the control and supervision of the working activity.
Any communication that does not match these purposes will be subject to your consent. Your personal data will not be disseminated or disclosed in any way to indeterminate parties.
What cookie are and for what purposes they can be used

Deselection and activation of cookie

The Data Controller processes, also through its suppliers (third parties and/or recipients), your personal, computer data (e.g. logical accesses) or traffic data collected or obtained in the case of services displayed on the website to a strictly necessary and proportionate extended to guarantee the security and capacity of a network or a servers connected to it to withstand, at a given level of security, unforeseen events or illegal or malicious acts that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of personal data stored or transmitted.For these purposes the Data Controller provides procedures for handling personal data breach (data breach).

The data processing is performed through computerized procedures by internal subjects who are specially authorized and trained. There are allowed access to your personal data to the extent and to the limit that it is necessary to carry out the processing activities that concern you.Your data are also treated separately from others by of pseudonymization or aggregation methods that do not allow you to be easily identified.The Data Controller periodically verifies the tools by which your data are processed and the security measures for them provided for constant updating; verification, also through the subjects authorized to the treatment, that personal data of which the processing is not necessary is not collected, processed, stored or saved; verifies that the data are stored with the guarantee of integrity and authenticity and their use for the purpose of the treatments actually carried out.
Where
The data are stored in computerized and telematic archives located within the European economic Area or in contexts declared by the services we use. In any case services used that apply the European Regulation 679/2016 and are consistent with the adequacy norms provided for by the art. 46 et seq.
How much time

What are your rights?
Essentially you, at any time and free of charge and without special charges and formalities for your request, can:
- obtain confirmation of the processing carried out by the Data Controller;
- access your personal data and know the origin (when the data is not obtained directly from you), the objectives and purposes of the processing, the data of the subjects to whom they are communicated, the period of retention of your data or criteria useful for determining it;
- update or correct your personal data so that they are always correct and accurate;
- delete your personal data from the data banks and/or archives, including Data Controller backups, in the case, among others, where they are no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing or if it is assumed to be illegal, and always if they exist the conditions required by law and, in any case, if the treatment is not justified by another equally legitimate reason;
- limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example where you have disputed its accuracy, for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify its accuracy. You must be informed, in due time, even when the suspension period has been completed or the reason for the limitation of the processing has ceased, and therefore the limitation itself revoked;
- obtain your personal data, if received or processed by the Data Controller with your consent and/or if their processing takes place on the basis of a contract and with automated tools, in electronic format also for the purpose of transmitting them to another data controller.
The Data Controller must proceed in this way without delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month of receiving your request. The deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Data Controller. In that cases, the Data Controller will inform you within one month of receiving your request and inform you of the reasons for the extended period

How and when can you object to the processing of your personal data?
For reasons relating to your particular situation, you may object in any time to the processing of your personal data if it is based on legitimate interest, by sending your request to the Data Controller at privacy@agricolus.com
Who can make a complain?
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, you can file a complaint with the competent control authority or with the one carries out its tasks and exercises its powers in Italy where you have your habitual residence or work or if different in the State Member where the violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 occurred.
Any update of this information will be communicated to you promptly and by appropriate means and the same will be communicated to you if the Data Controller proceeds with the processing of your data for purposes other than those referred to in this statement before proceeding and in time to give your consent if necessary.
